Serene Mastrianni, RPh is a pharmacist and a sales and marketing consultant in Great Barrington, MA. Serene is President and Founder of Negotiating You�, a motivational company designed to increase the net worth of women in various work environments. She is co-host of the popular radio and cable television program "Talk of Our Town" broadcast weekly on WBCR-LP 97.7 FM and CTSB TV Great Barrington, and co-creator of Radio2Women - It's for YOU�.
Previously, Serene spent the majority of her professional life as a top rated representative and sales manager in the fast paced world of pharmaceutical sales. As the only female on a team of eleven managers, Serene experienced the challenges facing women both in and out of the workplace. After a twelve year career at GlaxoSmithKline it was time to pursue a higher position within the organization or stay at home with her daughter. Serene left GlaxoSmithKline and her number one ranked sales team in 2003.
Currently, Serene, her husband Chris, and daughter enjoy the many splendors of the Berkshires and live on the Housatonic River, located at the elbow of the Appalachian Trail in Great Barrington, MA.
Dr. Janice Stefanacci Seward
Janice Stefanacci Seward, Psy. D., M.C.A.T., is a Management Consultant and Executive Coach living and working in Great Barrington, MA. A licensed clinical psychologist, Dr. Stefanacci has consulted with hundreds of individuals and families from all walks of life. While living on Long Island, NY, Dr. Stefanacci was the Director of Clinics and Counseling Services for the New York College of Allied Health, as well as Interim Director of Human Resources. Currently, Dr. Stefanacci maintains a thriving private coaching and psychotherapy practice over the telephone and in her offices in Great Barrington. Dr. Stefanacci has lectured nationally to hospitals, organizations, and groups on a wide variety of significant topics, has published book chapters and reviews, and was an on-going columnist for a Long Island publication. Dr. Stefanacci is now the founder and President of I Am Your Coach!�, a coaching firm specializing in transformational business, executive and life achievement. Dr. Stefanacci is known for her direct, informative, and humorous style, as well as her ability to motivate clients to achieve REAL RESULTS in the REAL WORLD. Dr. Stefanacci's most meaningful accomplishment to date has been facilitating the development of one very unique individual, a little girl with big ambitions, three-year-old Amanda Seward. Amanda regularly supervises her mother Jan and father Mike, along with her very own "pooch" Chloe, at their home in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.
